That is going to be quite a jump in learning curve going from 4 to 7. I went from EQ5 to EQ7 and still having to learn things over again. You will love the fabric stash.
Only app I found was Robert Kaufman which doesn't do what you are looking for. I haven't read about any app on this board for what you are looking for.
