I bought this kit in 2014 and the quilt shop has since gone out of business. The pattern is Carousel Lap Quilt by Kim Shaefer, from the book Cozy Modern Quilts. The fabric line is Moda, Hearty Good Wishes. They have come out with More Hearty Good Wishes which is very similar and is available. Hope this helps. Thanks everyone for your interest in my quilt.
