Default I had so much fun making these for charity !

I started looking for panels, thanks to sewbizgirl's post: How cute is this panel?

to add to the totes I have been making for Sadie's Dream for a Cure. I found a couple on my bus trip to Kokomo, Indiana, including a panel that makes an open sided tote that houses a fabric "paper" doll and a complete wardrobe. It is called "Dream and a Wish" by Riley Blake Designs. I backed the clothes with Fusible Fleece to "stick" to the doll, which I sandwiched with Peltex and fusible fleece. I faced each half of the tote with fusible fleece and then put Soft and Stable in between both, rather than the recommended Peltex.

Here are the totes:

And the panels:

And the same panel sewbizgirl used:

and finally all rolled up and secured with velcro ties, along with the race cars and construction vehicles (3 per panel)

Hope they supply a bit of joy to the kids who have to undergo treatment for cancer, and give others a few ideas for their charities/families. Thanks again Bonnie for the idea! You fellow quilters are the best.
