Dreaming, I haven't had a machine really serviced, but a few years ago I had a problem with a Singer and toke it to Rocky Mountain Sewing and Vaccum on South Parker Road. The elderly gentleman knew right away what was wrong.. and fixed it in minutes. Charged me $5.
