I'm wondering if anyone has made this version of the disappearing 4 patch? I saw it on an old thread posted here. I cut a stack of 6" squares, turned them into the 4 patch blocks, and when I prepared to sit down and start cutting I realized I didn't know the measurements for making the cuts. Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated by this beginner quilter!

I think this way could be just as easy if you start with strip sets by cutting 6 in wide length of fabric from both fabrics, sew them together lengthwise and subcut into 6 in pieces. Make your four patch this way and then whack.
