I am in the process of making a quilt using the Crackers block. I have purchased 5 inch charms, however I see the pattern calls for 6 inch blocks. How do I go about calculating the size of the three strips that make up the center? Or is this a trial and error process? I believe I have attached a picture of the block. Also the website is
