They might be adaptable to paper piecing - I think if one used the techniques that Jinny Beyer used for the blocks in her Moonglow pattern, it would be doable.

I am quite sure that English Paper Piecing would work - for the diamond pieces, anyway.

I was just watching the progression - as more diamonds are added, the points extend further - but they will never quite touch the second circle (which has double the radius of the first circle).
