Well established Bible camp and retreat centers often have quilting retreats in the off seasons in order to utilize the facilities after all the kids are back at school. Also, many of the LQS have classrooms or offsite rooms in which you can hold your own retreat in-town retreat, and sleep in your own bed... (my favorite type of retreat.)
