If you love it, just quilt it as a wholecloth piece, as Jan suggested. Start by quilting around the leaves, then if you think it needs more you can quilt some "filler" pattern on the pink. With ten yards you probably have enough for a quilt AND some matching curtains... or valances, at least. Great find!
