Well, it may not be mine after all...I have been teasing my thirteen year old niece about getting her a blue sewing machine (blue is her favorite color), and her mom just told me she wants this one! I was so surprised that she had changed her tune, I wasn't sure I wanted to give it up! But she lives nearby and I can show her how to use it/oil it, etc. I guess she has some leftover home ec projects she wants to finish, and maybe this will be the start of another vintage machine appreciator. I'm going to replace the belt, bobbin winder tire and second spool pin for her, then take it over to her house later this week probably. Hopefully my daughter doesn't get too sad, but I know my hubby doesn't want so many machines about!
