I like the "more" version. I think it's prettier & it also will last longer going through the wash. I have done baby quilts with denser designs than that and they are still plenty cuddly and I'm running into more & more people who still have their baby quilts when they go off to college. I know it's for a baby, but the more quilted version really makes it look like a family heirloom, in my humble opinion.
