Lots of options presented here. If you quilt with the aqua color I would suggest the lesser amount of quilting. I would use a thread that is a couple of shades darker than the background if you choose the example with more quilting. Either way will make a nice quilt. I will be curious to see what you choose in the final analysis. I think it is a lovely quilt. I like the idea of the prairie point edge.
