I have a book with all those elements in it. Got it many years ago from "That Patchwork Place" and made a quilt similar to what you want. I suggest you visit a quilt shop and they may have a book that would fit your needs. A Gift certificate to a quilt shop for you mom is also a great idea. Good Luck. By the way.
