I use the yellow glass head pins for nearly all my sewing. But I've saved a few other colors over the years. Now when I pin something together where I want to leave an opening, I put a green headed pin where I want to start sewing and a red headed pin where I want to stop.
Now that's a clever thought if I ever heard of one........will have to look for a red and a green pins....do you use yellow to slow down at curves.......just kidding, it really is a great idea.
