Edit- There is no manual for a 1652 so it must be a 6215. The manual makes no mention of presser foot pressure so it isn't adjustable.
It is a 6215C- sorry, but I did a lot of solvent welding(cpvc) in an enclosed area yesterday and my mind is not up to 100%
