We don't have central air, so in the summer it's at whatever our little fans can muster out. In the winter we are fairly limited by our boiler heating (with natural gas). When we have a choice, it's 70 during the morning hours and evening hours, 68 overnight and 68 the rest of the day. . The rest of the winter it's whatever my furnace can pump out. That gets very difficult when it drops below -10.
