Gailg, the pattern us called Ribbons and Bows by Sue's Sew EZ Designs. Two patterns come with it. This one which is 37x40 and a lap quilt that is 57x63. The lap quilt is so adorable. (It's on my out-of-control bucket list ha!) Instead of the pinwheel border it has a ribbon border. You can find it on Facebook.

I backed this in white dimple minkey and used it as a table topper at my daughter's baby shower for the gift table. My daughter cried when she saw it, which made every stitch worth it
