I started using a high quality Rubber Maid tote with a good lid for my Bernina 440. It was bigger than my machine, but I was always carrying fabric so I put the fabric around the machine. I wheeled it to the room on a standard luggage cart. I loved the fact that it protected my machine so well from the weather, something my previous fabric tote didn't do. The wheels of the luggage cart are also much sturdier than the ones on the fabric tote.
