I have always used the white and have been more than satisfied,
however, today I used the yellow on white fabric and I can see
where it is still there. Does this come off? I will be heartbroken
if it does not. Why would they sell this if it is not water soluble.
Anyone have this problem and if so, Please, how did you remove
it.
