The little pusher sometimes gets bent and doesn't work properly. I have figured out how to straighten it. Actually I got it primarily for the sewing machine needle inserter. I like to use it for the front to back needles (when it works). My sister sent me these http://www.dritz.com/quilting-sewing...cessories/252/ and I like them, but I broke one trying to thread something I probably shouldn't have.
