I tried them all yesterday. Very tough decision. Wish I had room for them all but I am going to choose the 401. It seems to be the most popular and will sew almost anything. Now I will have a nice vintage backup. I own a Janome 6500 which I do my FM on.
I need to go back this weekend to see if it will fit in the cabinet that I like. If not, that is ok. It sits in a lovely blonde cabinet but the one I want is darker and has drawers. I want the drawers.
