YES!!!! I agree with you entirely! And for me, this technique is the most fun to piece because of all the 'surprises' you get along the way. Also, with the hexagon version, because you're working with equilateral triangles, you can turn them 3 ways, giving you 3 often completely different options per block. I often squeal with delight while doing these at some of the effects that come up - don't worry, my family already KNOW that I'm nuts! :mrgreen:
