QNS, you can sew (or buy) an organizer pouch/bag to hang by a hanger in a closet. Maybe something would work like that. Some various examples:

You can use an over the door type shoe organizer and remove the over the door hooks and replace them with a triangle piece of fabric, double thickness, that has a hanger enclosed inside.
If you want just a small pouch, you could get a clear plastic make-up pouch from the dollar store and twist a wire to the handle of it, shaped to fit on your closet pole, for hanging.
