It's called Mexican Pepper we just love it here goes
Mexican Peppers Hopefully You Enjoy Them
I made lots of quarts this Summer and am enjoying them now I even like them on a sandwich
You Double Your Batch According To How Much Peppers You Have
2- Cups Sugar
2- Cups Cooking Oil
2- Cups White " Clear" Vinegar
2- Cups Ketchup
Put This Mixture In A Big Kettle
When It Begins To Boil ADD You're Pepper's
I Slice Mine In Pepper Rings Let The Pepper's Boil For 5 Minutes
Have Your Jars Wash And ReadyHot Jars And You're Seals In Water That's Hot On The Stove After The 5 Minute's Boiling Of The Pepper's Fill The Jars Wipe The Tops Off Good Then Dry The Seals Off Place Those On Put You're Rings Hand Tight Just Sit Them Away After You've Seal Them Good And Tight You Will Hear As They Are Cooling Down Snap,Snap,Snap That Let's You Know The Jsrs Are Sealed And Just Place Them On The Shelf ,,,We Just Love Them Of Course I Can't Eat Hot Pepper's But Hubby loves Them And I Can Me The Sweet Banana Pepper's,,, P.S You Do Not Have To Do A Water Bath With This Recipe
