Sad, very sad in particular when I see children trying to talk to their parent and the parent isn't paying attention. It's irritating when I'm with a friend and they keep looking at their phone to see who's "buzzing" on their device. I text and email, but I try to "be in the moment" when I'm spending time with someone.
