I'm also retired, mom to 3 sons, and grandmom to 5. I, too, learned to sew at a young age, started quilting several years ago, but let it lapse because of health issues and joint replacements. I haven't gotten myself back in the groove yet. Welcome from the beautiful mountains of western NC.
