My Bernina does a serpentine stitch but that isn't the look of it on the stitch selector. It is a zig zag stitch that makes 3-4 stitches on each zig zag direction. When you put the stitch at its largest stitch distance it becomes the serpentine stitch. Do you have a many stitch zig zag on your machine?
