Default Two Questions

My granddaughter, age 19, brought me the three fabrics that have white daisies on them, see picture. She'd like me to make her a king size quilt with them. There is at least 3 yards of each of a couple has four yards. I need help choosing a pattern. I consider myself a confident beginner so nothing too difficult. My second question is regarding the panel. I have backing fabric laid right side down, batting and the panel but what do I do now??? I know that somehow I need to sew the three together but how?? Do I just sew around the edges and then have it quilted? Do I treat the sides like a quilt and bind it the same way? Thank you so much

I'm sorry I have tried and tried to get the pictures to post but I keep getting an error message.
