It sounds like you have the backing, batting and panel made into a quilt sandwich? You need to use some kind of method to baste the sandwich together to bring it to the sewing machine. There are several methods like pin basting, thread basting or 505 basting spray. You need to quilt it and then put on binding. You can do straight line quilting to hold the sandwich together and space the lines at the distance required on the quilt batt package?
