To say it has poured rain today is a gross understatement. We are already saturated and it just hasn't stopped. I looked out and the chicken pen was a small pond and the chickens were wearing little yellow rubber boots
I knew I had to go out and let them out into the yard and I really didn't want to get wet. I was very glad the neighbors weren't home cause this old woman put on her flip flops and bathing suit, dashed through the backyard, let the ladies out, grabbed a very wet and upset cat and ran back in the house. Thinking I may have to lay down the quilt I'm working on and start plans for a building a boat.
