Party dishes...
Every year my husband has a party for his company and I do the food.
In the past, I've done the usual suspects as well as S&S meatballs, pulled pork, egg rolls, hot pizza dip, that sort of thing.
I'd really like to do something new this year for the buffet.
The criteria is:
-enough for 25
-able to be put in a chafing dish for the evening
-not super labour-intensive
-able to be made ahead and re-heated a plus
