I have 2 Janomes-6600P and 9000 which is 13 yrs. old. I would love to upgrade to the 11000, but can't right now. needle up-down, 1/4 foot, walking foot and knee lift are the best features. For those of you that have the knee lifts and haven't tried them--please do! they are great!!!! i use it even when i'm garment sewing or mending . when i first used it, i kept getting it mixed up with my gas pedal!lol, but it's a wonderful tool. you'll be glad you have it!
