The pattern is called Boomerang by Jaybird Quilts. Here is a link to her blog that tells about the pattern and she also lists every Kaufman Kona solid she used.

Several retailers carry her patterns. If you google "Boomerang pattern by Jaybird quilts" you should find a retailer or maybe your LQS can get it for you.
