Geri M, I sold my BL Ellure for the reasons you stated. Had a lot of problems with the bobbin, had to take it back numerous times. Needle kept falling out no matter how much it was tightened. Too much hassle!
Yes, that has happened too...I texted the tech on website and was told that the part that the screw screws into was stripped and the part could be replaced by the dealer for about $145.00! No way...never had a machine that had that problem and I've had many machines!
