Gram2five, I want to encourage you to use Buckeye Rose's suggestion of the fusible pellon with the 1 1/2" grid printed on it. I did a couple of quilts that way (
http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...s-t234304.html) and it is so easy!! As she said, you cut the squares and fuse them on the pellon, then just stitch straight seams. You don't have to match all those corners!!
