Hi Calla, I'm sure your postcard is still nice. I get nervous every time I make my cards also. I use Frey Chek on the edges of mine when I remember to. And, when I'm not out of it. It is on my list to pick up at the moment. And, lol, I've forgotten the last couple of times I've been out. Besides, I think a few little stray strings just add charm.
