I would look at it as one big block, since it's easier to draw in the block view than to assemble a lot of blocks to make a quilt. Section the block into however many blocks you want to end up with, then start drawing your "B" into the block. When that's done and colored, go to the quilt view and make a quilt with only one block - plop your block into it. This isn't really what EQ6 was designed to do best, but I think it will work.
