I have seen sweatshirts with quilted sweatshirt patches on them. Maybe you could do it that way. If I were doing it I would fuse interfacing to the back then cut out the logo. You could then fuse the logo onto the new sweatshirt and stitch around the edge. Can't guarantee it would work but it might be worth trying.
