I taught school on the reservation in New Mexico and wear a Kokopelli necklace every day. He is a very special fellow. Like me, he likes the flute, a bit of mischief and lots of music/dancing. He will bring you luck. Cover your sewing machine with that quilt and it should never give you a problem. ;) At least that is the story according to my Navajo students.
