Super cute! I'd leave it. It's barely noticeable.

For future reference:
(1) If you didn't window your fusible webbing, make sure to do that. It was the biggest reason why I'd get those bubbles. Windowing means cutting away the middle of the webbing so you just have 1/4" to 1/2" of fusible around the edge of the applique shape. (2) A tear-away paper stabilizer will help prevent the tiny puckers from forming around the outside of the stitching

I also make sure to pre-wash everything & limit how much starch I use as sizing/starch can affect how evenly the fusible bonds. That said, it is still a beautiful quilt. I wouldn't go over the applique stitching any more. Once the whole thing is quilted, the focus will be on the quilting & the cute little dog, not on the tiny imperfections we all have in our quilts.
