Would someone identify some of these attachments for me?

I'd like to look these up on how to use them. The box didn't have instructions.

A. Binding
B. ?
C. ?
D. Ruffler?
E. Hemmer of some sort?
F. Roll edge foot
G. Screw driver (derr)
H. Button holer
