A Pfaff 1222 at ANY price is a deal. It is simply, the best machine EVER. I have stripped a gear in mine (given me by my mom, bought when I was a child). It is heartbreaking to know I screwed it up. It still sews, just not all the stitches. I use it almost daily. My son does button holes on it because it's easier than the "preprogrammed" one on his machine. Simple to run. I hate my newer Viking because it's just a pain to run. I'm so used to this machine. You are BLESSED.
