Yes with freezer paper you can use the pattern pieces several times. The MC I made I was able to use them about 8 times before they quit sticking to the fabric. I just buy freezer paper at the grocery store and make my pattern pieces by taking my traditional paper pattern (photocopy) and several layers of freezer paper. I stack them up, shiny side up with paper on top. Hit the stack a couple of places with the tip of my iron. This sticks them all together. Then I take the pile to my sewing machine and sew them with no thread in the needle. I then mark my freezer paper pieces with the numbering order and also like to put a note for which fabric I am putting on that piece. Works great.
