You have a good scrappy layout. I too would vote for a warmer color for the blocks -- I would go with a tone on tone in the light, warm beige category. When I make scrappy, I either group all the same squares in one area or I make sure the squares that are alike are not "neighbors" (ala Mary Ellen Hopkins -- one of my early teachers). That is why I suggest (like several others) that the two striped blocks on the lower right should be separated.
Other than that, if you are passionate about consistency, you can drive yourself crazy with a scrap quilt because it is hard to totally structure a quilt with a lot of fabrics. Make it pleasing to you.
