Jack is actually named after the One-eyed jack in a pack of cards. I was thinking old west poker games when I named him. The vet tech that took him in for surgery called him the ugliest little kitty he'd ever seen (his eye was beyond hideous). And no that pic is not photo-shopped. Jack has that smug look on his face when he's on top of my entertainment center. He's rather pleased with himself most days.
