Hi all, gee I feel like a travel advisor. As well as a historian I hope I don't bore my partner with facts. Oh, where do you find those plastic sleeves that Dorothy was talking about? So you have the postal worker hand cancel the FPC and than slip it into the sleeve? Can you put your return address on the sleeve?
