Well! Nice surprise. I purchased this through Amazon.com and picked it up in the States. When I tried to return it, they told me that I couldn't return it from Canada (and it takes 2 hours to drive to the US, so that was out of the question.) I thought I was out of luck, when the customer service lady asked me why I wanted to return it. I told her I had ordered the wrong one for my machine.
She told me to keep it and they would refund my money anyway! 
She credited my VISA right then. Talk about customer service!
So, I feel confident buying from Amazon.
