I'll be finding pellets for awhile! I sewed all the lengthwise seams so it made tubes, them funneled 1/4 cup of pellets into each tube, shook them down, pinned them in, and stitched across the width. Then I did the next row and sew on. It was pretty awkward!
That is how I've done weighted quilts for autistic kids. Yes, very awkward, I used my big dinning room table and a card table to the side of me to carry the weight as I stitched.
