I bend, reach, stoop, squat, and stretch enough doing housework and taking care of two toddlers three days a week. That's enough for me. LOL I do try and walk at least 2 miles a day in the sunshine, sometimes more. I am still a fan of Jack Lalaine's workout. Only need a chair.
