yes, Paducah is where it's at every April. When we attended in 2003, it was reported that 80,000 people had also attended that year. It's sponsored by AQS. Many big name teachers, authors and tv quilting folks are there. We met Kay Woods, and had books signed by many of the authors. They are doing demo's of their techniques and will answer questions from passerbys. The 'big' award winning quilts will be on display as well as charity quilts. Our tickets this time include the Ricky Tims Show and sneak-preview passes as well as the fashion show. Also a lecture by designer Caryl Bryer Fallert. I'm getting even more anxious just thinking about it. Paducah is referred to as " Quilt City USA "
